Richard Brocchini

Co-Founder / Broker

Richard boasts a robust career in real estate, holding a license for over 19 years and serving as a founding partner and broker at 33 Property Management. His commitment to excellence is underscored by his achievement of a Certified Property Management certification and his ongoing dedication to staying abreast of industry developments, ensuring the highest level of service for his clients. As a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and the California representative on the Nominating Committee for NARPM, Richard maintains his commitment to the field.

With a parallel career spanning 30 years, Richard has dedicated himself to public service as a firefighter and chief officer, safeguarding lives, the environment, and property. His educational background is just as impressive, with a bachelor’s in Business Administration and a master’s in Organizational Leadership. He has also completed the Postgraduate Program in Business at Stanford University, further strengthening his expertise in organizational strategy and excellence.

Richard's community engagement is evident through his roles as an elected School Board Member, Rotarian, and a participant in the San Diego Leadership Forum. Beyond his professional endeavors, Richard's life is marked by creativity and adventure. He once lit up the stage as a musician and singer in a Mexican boyband and has authored and published three books. A man of varied interests, Richard delights in snow skiing, surfing, scuba diving, and shares his enthusiasm for sports as a certified USA pickleball coach. Above all, Richard treasures the time spent with his daughter, exploring life's many journeys together. His dedication to service extends beyond his career, touching every facet of his life with a genuine passion for helping others.

Baryic Hunter is the co-founder & partnering broker at 33 Property Management. With a career spanning over 25 years as a firefighter and chief officer, Baryic Hunter has dedicated his life to serving his community. His leadership in developing innovative solutions and operational efficiencies in the fire service has earned him recognition as a problem-solver and trusted leader.

In 2015, Baryic transitioned his passion for service into the dynamic world of real estate, becoming a licensed real estate professional. As the co-founder and partnering broker of 33 Property Management, Baryic combines his extensive knowledge of property management with his background in leadership and strategic planning to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Baryic holds a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Studies and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. He has also completed Stanford University’s Postgraduate Program in Business, enhancing his expertise in organizational strategy and excellence.

Born and raised in sunny San Diego, Jason is a true local who takes pride in serving his community. A dedicated father of six wonderful children who inspire him daily, he brings over 30 years of experience in the trades to every job he takes on. As a skilled jack-of-all-trades, Jason specializes in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and so much more. He started his handyman business with a simple mission: to deliver top-notch workmanship at a fair and honest price. Known for his reliability and expertise, Jason is the person to call when you need quality repairs or just want to check off those tasks you don’t have time for. Jason’s motto is “I fix stuff, and I know things.” Trust Jason to get the job done right!
