Can a property owner/investor cancel the property management agreement contract with 33 Property Management?
Yes, you can with a 30-day notice and there is a fee for the termination. -
Is the renter required to have insurance?
Yes, we require all renters to have 100,000 renters insurance. -
Are payments made online?
Yes, this includes sending and receiving payments. -
Does 33 Property Management handle the logistics for maintenance?
Yes, we work with our validated and established vendors to coordinate maintenance and repair logistics. -
How is the rent amount determined?
We conduct a rental analysis utilizing state-of-the-art software that provides an algorithm of recent and current rent amounts. We also work together with the property owner to establish the final rent. -
Are there any additional fees?
