Can a property owner/investor cancel the property management agreement contract with 33 Property Management?

Yes, you can with a 30-day notice and there is a fee for the termination.
Is the renter required to have insurance?

Yes, we require all renters to have 100,000 renters insurance.
Are payments made online?

Yes, this includes sending and receiving payments.
Does 33 Property Management handle the logistics for maintenance?

Yes, we work with our validated and established vendors to coordinate maintenance and repair logistics.
How is the rent amount determined?

We conduct a rental analysis utilizing state-of-the-art software that provides an algorithm of recent and current rent amounts. We also work together with the property owner to establish the final rent.
Are there any additional fees?

All of our fees are on our website. We are very transparent.
