While your property is on the market, we’ll keep you informed with weekly updates on showing activity and feedback. As part of our commitment to exceptional service, we ensure your property is showcased on top real estate websites and actively promoted within the real estate community.
Upon request, we’ll provide up to three quotes for any maintenance expense over $500. If you find a licensed and insured contractor with a better rate than ours, we’ll credit you $100 toward management fees.
If one of our competitors offers you a lower net fee for management based on the same services and guarantees, we will match it and give you another 5% off the dollar value of the monthly management fee.
When you take our recommended listing price and we are unable to provide you with pre-qualified rental applications within 24 days or less, we will give you one month of management free!
We strive to provide exceptional communication and are proud to answer the majority of calls in real time. However, in the rare instance that we are in a meeting, on another call, or out in the field, and you do not receive a response from us within 8 business hours, we will gladly waive that month’s management fee as part of our commitment to outstanding service.
We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement with a 30 days notice.
