Upon request, we’ll provide up to three quotes for any maintenance expense over $500. If you find a licensed and insured contractor with a better rate than ours, we’ll credit you $100 toward management fees.

Chula Vista, meaning "Beautiful View" in Spanish, is a city in San Diego County, California. It is the second-most populous city in the San Diego metropolitan area, ranking seventh in Southern California, 15th in California, and 82nd in the United States. The city's population grew to 275,487 as of the 2020 census, up from 243,916 in 2010. Located in the South Bay, Chula Vista lies about halfway (7.5 miles) between the downtowns of San Diego and Tijuana, nestled between San Diego Bay and the coastal mountain foothills.
Originally inhabited by the Kumeyaay, the area was later claimed by Spain. Following Mexican independence in 1821, Chula Vista became part of the Mexican Empire and later the First Mexican Republic. In 1848, California was ceded to the United States after the Mexican-American War and became a state in 1850.
Established in the early 20th century and incorporated in October 1911, Chula Vista has experienced rapid population growth. The city is home to notable attractions, including the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center, Sesame Place San Diego, North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre, Chula Vista Marina, and the Living Coast Discovery Center.
