Eviction Guarantee
We will pay up to $1,500 towards eviction costs, attorney fees, and court costs if a resident we approved needs to be evicted.

For any pet that we approve, we guarantee our owners up to $1,000 in damage protection for any pet damage above and beyond what the security deposit covers.

Low Cost Maintenance Guarantee
Upon request, we’ll provide up to three quotes for any maintenance expense over $500. If you find a licensed and insured contractor with a better rate than ours, we’ll credit you $100 toward management fees.

If one of our competitors offers you a lower net fee for management based on the same services and guarantees, we will match it and give you another 5% off the dollar value of the monthly management fee.
24-Day Rental
When you take our recommended listing price and we are unable to provide you with pre-qualified rental applications within 24 days or less, we will give you one month of management free!

If you call and we don't respond to you via phone or email within 10 business hours or less, we will waive that month's management fee.

Pacific Beach, often called "P.B." by locals, is a lively neighborhood in San Diego, California. Bordered by La Jolla to the north, Mission Beach and Mission Bay to the south, Interstate 5 and Clairemont to the east, and the Pacific Ocean to the west, it has long been a popular spot for young people, surfers, and college students.
